Statement of the formalization of the Convention between the Venice Municipality and the IAES for the education and the updating of the promotion of the environmental culture. Besides the Municipality gave in free loan for use a municipality building where International and national Institutional demonstrations have been hold, promoted with the collaboration of the Regione Veneto.

Videoconference on "Health, Environment and Justice- An International Environmental Criminal Court for the protection of human health, the planet Earth and its ecosystems" with the participation of personalities, national and international scholars among whom we mention the Nobel Peace Prize Adolfo Perez Esquivel, the Rector of the University of Thessaloniki, the Minister of Industry of Uruguay.

Videoconference "Climate Change in the 21st Century"-"The climate changes in the XXIst century" with the participation of scholars and the presence of ministers and senior representatives of instituions and associations engaged in dealing with environmental issues.
What should, above all, be highlighted is the widespread consensus that has been expressed by many: the President of the Italian Republic, the Italian Minister of the Environment, Nobel Laureate Prof. Rubbia, and Member of the European Parliament M. Ebner.

4 th of March 2008.
Conference on "Crime and Security Observatory" for the environment in collaboration with the Province of Treviso, which saw the birth of a memorandum of understanding for the setting up of a provincial crime and safety observatory, signed by the Province of Treviso and the Center for Criminology studies.

Presentation of the Campaign to collect signatures in support of the IAES project for an International Environmental Criminal Court with the presence of Nobel laureates Betty Williams and Shirin Ebadi. Betty Williams' adherence to the project.

EURAC Convention Centre Conference with Nobel Peace prize laureate Rigoberta Menchù and their adherence to the International Environmental Criminal Court project .

7 th December 2008, Danzica.
Nobel peace prize Summit and Dalai Lama's membership for the International Environmental Criminal Court project.

Establishment of the International Observatory for Environmental disasters:
The IAES promoted the establishment of the International Observatory for Environmental disasters in order to create a legal and scientific database, as complete as possible, about the environmental disasters that occurred in the recent past.

The purpose of the Observatory are:
Provide technical and operational support to the creation of the International Criminal Court, as well as to the various states which so require, and to the activities of the future Court.

Partecipation in the Conference "La responsabilité environmentale, une urhence politique et économique".

June 5 th 2009, Rome.
Worldwide campaign "Justice for Planet Earth" Worldwide campaign "Justice for Planet Earth" by collecting signatures in support of membership and projects promoting the Court project, with the support of environmental associations and also addressed to all sectors of civil society ; the campaign was conducted with the IAES president Nobel laureate Adolfo Pérez Esquivel through a videoconference involving different cities and countires of the EU, among which were:

  • Madrid (Federico Mayor Zaragoza ex UNESCO Director General and President of the "Cultura de Paz" foundation)
  • Paris (Christine Archambault, President of the FFNE foundation and coordinator of the supporters of the Court Projects, and Patrice Hernu, national delegate of the French Committee for the Criminal Court of the Environment.

International Conference "World Venice Forum 2009 "La salute del Pianeta Terra e dell'uomo. Disastri ambientali: irresponsabilità e tutela"("The changing health of our planet and species. Environmental disasters: irresponsibility and preservation"). World Forum of heads of state and government, Nobel laureates and international institutions for accession to the IAES projects such as the International Criminal Court and European Environmental Criminal Court, among whom:
